WERZ my RAZR?

That’s Where’s my RAZR? I know, it’s cheesy.

Yesterday morning I woke up and to my surprise, my phone was nowhere to be found. I looked all over my house, that I could have left it. and… nothing. nothing.

Then it hit me, “please no!” I thought to myself. “It’s at Panera!” The night before I had gone to Panera to do some work, as I sometimes have a hard time concentrating at home. I remember using my phone there, but I never took it out of my pocket after that. You must realize first that I never lose things for more than a couple of minutes, so my day was not gonna be a fun one.

Before giving up all hope, I called (well, my mom actually did) Panera. They said there was nothing in the lost and found. That wasn’t good enough for me. I left immediately so I could stop there before work. I looked over the place I sat and could not find anything.
That day at work went really slow. I just kept thinking about how much it was gonna cost to replace my phone. Somewhere in the neighborhood of $300 since I could not get a deal on it and would have to buy the phone straight up with no contract.

After work I came home and was getting ready to go to the place I bought my phone to see how much a replacement would cost. Before I left my mom told me to look under the couch in the tv room one more time. This is a very big, and very heavy couch, and it would be easy to lose something under it. I started to take it apart so I could move it and look for my phone, and… There it was!

The story isn’t over yet… my mom had told me before I went to look under the couch to ask God what he was trying to teach me in this. I am a strong believer that everything happens for a reason. This was no exception. When I opened my phone it said three words: I love you. This was a message from my girlfriend Holly, but I also believe it was a message from my God. I needed to hear that. Wow.
